Programs
The Zones of Regulation
The Zones of Regulation help children recognize and understand their feelings, learn how to manage their emotions, and enhance their social and emotional skills. This curriculum is widely used in therapy sessions, schools, and at home.
The Alert Program
The Alert Program is designed to educate children about various levels of alertness, using the analogy of a car engine. Subsequently, kids are encouraged to explore self-regulation tools that are related to their senses, such as moving, touching, seeing, hearing, and tasting. This program provides a personalized sensory exploration experience that allows children to identify the tools that work best for them. Once they have determined which tools work best, they can use their toolbox to maintain the appropriate level of alertness for different activities.
Handwriting Without Tears
Handwriting Without Tears® (HWT) is a systematic, research-based program designed to teach writing skills in a way that is easy to learn. The program uses hands-on tools and techniques to teach writing skills in a fun and engaging way. It covers both printing and cursive writing and also introduces typing when children are ready.

SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory)
The Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) is a structured feeding program designed to help individuals who have difficulties with feeding by expanding the range of foods they can eat. The program follows a sequential hierarchy of steps, starting with exploring food through the senses (sight, smell, touch) without the pressure to eat. A child participating in this program is encouraged to engage with food in a playful way, gradually increasing their confidence and comfort level to participate in more advanced eating steps (such as tasting, putting food in the mouth, and swallowing). It is essential for parents to be involved in this program, as they are actively involved in therapy sessions and encouraged to implement strategies at home. This collaborative approach empowers parents to support their child's feeding development and create a positive mealtime environment.

Therapeutic Listening
This program will be available starting Fall of 2026!
Therapeutic Listening is a sound-based therapy that uses specially modified music to help with sensory integration and development. The music is adjusted to emphasize certain sounds that capture attention and encourage movement, helping the body align with its surroundings.

This approach uses these sound modifications and rhythmic patterns to support the nervous system's natural ability to organize itself.
Therapeutic Listening can help people of all ages with issues like poor attention, social difficulties, trouble transitioning, communication problems, sleep issues, and challenges with eating or bathroom control. It can also assist those struggling with following directions, spatial awareness, motor skills, mood management, energy regulation, postural security, sensory responses, and task planning and execution.
